EarthChimp Organic Vegan Protein Powder (Chocolate) — Delicious, healthy, pea based protein powder, tried 100+ options, liked this one best. I have 3 scoops with water & ice every morning (52.5g protein 180 cals) and every night before I go to sleep in a 32oz protein shaker (so much better than 16 oz). No mess to clean, super fast, get your water up. I drink it in one gulp or while working, never get into the car without this in the morning. When I bulk I drink a 3rd one while I train. At this point 25% of my body is made of these peas. Isopure & whey have better cals/protein ratio but I like eating less animal products. I often add creatine.

Leave-In Conditioner (Aussie) — If you have curly hair don't even think, buy this. It's the best leave-in conditioner I've ever found. I wish I had this 20 years ago. I put it on after the shower and my hair never frizzes. I carry some of it in a small bottle in my bag when traveling.

MyFitnessPal — Tracking macros is one of the top 5 things that increases my happiness. I do 230g protein, 50g fat, 160g carbs (2010 cals a day).

Sulfate-Free Shampoo (Giovanni) — Huge curly hair hack: shampoo once a week. When I shampoo I like this one. Obviously never use sulfates for your hair.
